Some apples are sweet and some are sour. Our new foster Pippin is a little of both. Pip was surrendered because she did something bad. She bit a toddler who was visiting in her home. At just 2 years old, Pippin is still very much a puppy. A puppy who has not been properly socialized. She is aggressive with other dogs and is frightened of strangers; but she quickly warmed to her new foster parents and is very snuggly and gentle with them. This little Pacific Northwest fruit will be undergoing significant socialization and evaluation during her stay in foster care. We don't think she's a "bad apple" but she clearly has some work to do.
