In Memory of Piper

We've learned this week that our beautiful Alaskan foster, Piper, passed away while awaiting adoption. She was originally surrendered to us suffering from a seizure disorder, and it was that disorder that caused her death. Piper enjoyed her foster siblings and was a delight to be around. She was a happy-go-lucky girl and enjoyed the company of everyone she met. We are all deeply saddened by this loss, and we are eager for the day when seizure disorders in Frenchies are better understood and more effectively treatable.
