In Memory of Liza
April 1, 1993-June 17, 2003

This is dedicated to my Champion girl Liza.
"It was about 7 1/2 years ago we were blessed with a beautiful fawn Champion girl who could not hold a litter. I held her and loved her all the way home and told her it would be ok, and she would be loved all the time. When I got pregnant a little while later, she would sit on my lap and stick her nose into my pregnant belly knowing there was something in there that some day we were going to have to take care of. When I was sick, she was at my feet, when I was sad, she was in my arms. She was a bundle of love.
"In the years to follow, we added to our family with another dog, cat, rabbit, frogs, and not to mention the beautiful little girl that was in my belly. Liza loved, played, and put up with it all until one sad day she got very sick very quickly. The seizures would not stop, and I could not have my Champion suffer. The doctor thinks she had a brain tumor and, instead of prolonging the pain she was going through, we decided it was time. I held her and loved her and promised I would see her again. The process was quick for her but the pain for me is still there as I sit and cry as I type this for her. We could not have asked for a better friend and family member. With this, I say I (we) love and miss you, Liza, and you are always in our thoughts. God is with us and with you.
"Rest in Peace, our little Champion..."
