Take Time to Stop & Smell the Clover.

Deaf at birth, she always took time to stop & smell the clover, as if looking for that special one. With her other senses sharpened, she did an excellent job of training other puppies that came into our lives: "You must go outside to potty. Now watch how easy it is to use this doggy door." "Don't be afraid of the thunder. Just sit here with me and watch the pretty flashes in the sky." "Don't try to kill the vacuum cleaner. Can't you feel that it's just beating the carpet & picking up our old hairs?"

Now time has passed and most of her ashes have blown free across the valley. Surely, she is waiting for us and her Frenchie friends saying "Here I am, let me show you around. But first, let's take time to stop & smell the clover".
