Welcome to our very own whirling dervish. Taz is a very cute 1-year-old puppy who lives up to his namesake. Taz is just full of puppy energy and has also developed a nasty case of resource guarding that his owners couldn't resolve with him. He likes to steal things and squirrel them away and is then reluctant to give them up. Taz gets a little too over-enthusiastic guarding his things and his foster dad will be working with him on these behaviors. Hopefully, its just a case of a little teenage angst and once he realizes he can abdicate his throne and return to the business of being a puppy, Taz's sweet adorable side will be the only one we see.
Taz also has some allergies and his foster dad will be transitioning him to a raw diet to see if he gets some relief as well as shedding some pounds. Taz will be spending some time with us as we get to know him. He would love to have a toy or blanket sent his way, so please, click on his picture and show him some love! |
