Puttin’ on the ritz! Tappy Toes looks like he’s all decked out for an elegant evening. He’s got a tuxedo bib and little white spats on his feet. All he needs is a top hat and he would be tip-top Tappy. There’s a lot of this guy to admire, as he appears to be close to fifty pounds. He may shop at “big and tall” but that just means there is more Frenchie to love.

Around three years old, Tappy Toes’ previous owner was working three jobs to make ends meet and did not have enough time to spend with him. His foster mom says he is very active and craves attention. Once he gets a clean bill of health, she will introduce him to her pack and see how he gets along.
