Joe is a repeat offender with FBRN. It seems that no place is secure enough to corral this wandering soul. We really don’t think he wants to live life as a hobo forever. He just hasn’t found his perfect fit.

Right now Joe can be found relaxing in foster care, watching tv on his foster dad’s lap or snoozing on the couch. He’s getting nutritious meals and a cozy place to sleep. He shows his love and appreciation by giving plenty of sloppy kisses.

Joe is a healthy guy except for the curse of a small trachea. When he gets excited or stressed he begins to wheeze. Other than that, he’s in tip-top shape and will be looking for a new place to hang his hat soon.
