Please join us in welcoming Rutger to FBRN. This gorgeous 4 year-old boy has recently proven have too much energy for his elderly owners, so they decided to surrender him to FBRN.
During his short time in foster care, he has already proven that he is indeed a very active boy who needs mental and physical stimulation. He will be learning some manners, and kept away from any kitties as he’d rather have them for lunch than housemates at this point.
