Fenway is a six year old brindle Frenchie with one of those adorable stickie-outtie sort of tongue. His previous family made the difficult decision to surrender him, due to an illness in the family that left them unable to care for him.
Not one to cause a fuss, Fenway made himself right at home with his foster family. He is housetrained and runs right to the door when he needs to go, but seems to need to go often so we are having that checked out. He gets a little excited and barks when his people leave the house because he is a people person. Fenway is a first class snuggler and likes to watch tv and take sofa naps with you. He is great on walks, even in the bitter cold of January, and loves to fetch and play tug of war and chase with his foster sister the English bully. He has a new favorite toy (a stuffed carrot) that he likes to carry around, even bringing it with him and setting it down carefully when he takes his meals.
Fenway may have some allergies. We are working on his skin so he will have a shiny coat before he is adopted.
Some lucky family will hit it right out of the park when they win this boy. Fenway is an all-star. In the meantime, that stuffed carrot is bound to wear out with all the use it’s getting. Won’t you buy Fenway a new one and perhaps help pay for his veterinary bills as we get his little issues sorted out? Just click on his face to make a pledge and become his sponsor. |
