Some of us just LOVE to eat! Unfortunately an overload of “Chubby Hubby,” “Chunky Monkey,” or bacon flavored treats results in being labeled “big-boned.” *sigh* Our newest foster Chunk just likes to think he’s "under tall". Other than a few unwanted pounds – which his foster mom will shave off him in no time – Chunk is a happy, healthy boy with a laid-back personality. So far in his foster home he’s lovin’ all the new people and dogs he’s been introduced to.
Chunk came to us following his family's decision to bring a baby into the world. Once the baby was born, Chunk's family came to the realization that there were only so many hours in the day, and the baby's demands took up all their time and attention. They saw that poor Chunk was getting short-changed, and they made the call to rescue.
