Please gather ‘round to welcome one of our newest charges—Chelsea. No pushing, please! Everyone will get a glimpse of the new puppy, we promise. Chelsea arrived in FBRN’s care with some serious allergy and skin issues, and she’s got a thing or two to learn about manners, no matter how much she might pout in protest. Chelsea has officially enrolled in FBRN’s “Frenchie Diva Makeover Protocol” and has made more than a few folks swoon—the FBRN volunteer gossip circuit is abuzz with her image and adventures!

Chelsea’s foster mama whisked her to the vet, who diagnosed the itchy girl with skin infections, found yeast and fungus growing in her ears, and prescribed medication and special baths. As you might expect, Chelsea loves, loves, loves the spa treatments! It helps her itchies, and she basks in the adoration and sweet noises her foster mama makes as she massages her sore skin. Chelsea had been wearing shirts to prevent her from scratching, and since her allergies have improved, her choice of wardrobe is now purely “fashion-forward,” as was stated in the press release (marked “Urgent”) and delivered to FBRN’s Board of Directors.

Chelsea was dumbfounded when the dogs in her foster home attempted to play with her (“They’re only the extras on MY set!” the little diva huffed), but has since dropped her superiority complex and is having fun with the rest of ‘em. She makes funny little noises like Chewbacca, and is almost housebroken. She walks wonderfully on a leash—the sidewalk is Chelsea’s runway!

Chelsea’s agents and publicists in FBRN will select the best home for this star when she is ready, and in the meantime will need to raise funds for her vet care. Would you like to be a member of Chelsea’s entourage? Just click on her gorgeous image and make a donation. Chelsea promises her fans that she will strike her trademark pose (tongue peeking out the side of her mouth) for the FBRN paparazzi if you show your support!
