Cheers to Cheerio! Cheerio debuts this week. He is a young honey pied boy recently surrendered to us by his owner. He is already using his devilish ways to win the hearts of his foster family; yes, they are falling for this little guy. Who wouldn't ? He has all the cuteness of a pup in addition to being a great little guy. He's been treated to a bath, pedicure, walks, toys, and TENNIS BALLS. These are his passion, his addiction, his reason for living. He's already earned a reputation around the neighborhood for being a thief of unattended tennis balls.
He is happily living with two adult Frenchies in foster care and is learning by example. Cheerio follows them and copies their behavior and is learning that time spent outdoors with playmates and people is so much fun. Cheerio will soon be visiting the Vet for treatment of a suspected urinary tract infection. Poor little guy has to tinkle every couple of minutes and has signs of possible bites or urine scalding on his back legs. His foster family is currently offering some over the counter medications for his dry, flaky skin and sore ears and paws (perhaps due to allergies?) A complete wellness checkup will offer insight to the medical concerns for our newest, youngest addition. This boy is one special Frenchie hoping to gain you as a sponsor.
