Welcome Carter to FBRN's roster of roistering rescues! He's a wee seven month-old boy with no health problems, no temperament troubles, not a thing in the world wrong with him! Isn't that nice to hear?

He was surrendered because his family moved to a no-pets apartment, and they dropped him at the local shelter. One of our volunteers was able to pull him out and before you could say Carter's Little Liver Pills, he was riding the Underdog Railroad down from Nebraska to Kansas, where he is putting on the Ritz and having a high old time with his foster siblings.
