Bully came to us with a fierce case of itchy skin. He was also skinny and still in possession of his tagalongs. A swift neutering has made him much more popular among his foster siblings (not so much of the humpty dumpty game), and he's on a strict diet to see if we can control the allergies.

Bully is ball-obsessed. Some Frenchies like to fetch and chase things, and some Frenchies don't give a hoot about balls, and some Frenchies cannot be in the same house with a ball and not lose their tiny minds. That last one is Bully. His foster mom says, 'Watch out when he plays - he sees nothing but his ball!! If nobody is there to throw the ball to him, he throws it to himself. You think I'm kidding?! He honestly does! He is more interested in toys and playing than he is in food, treats or money -- maybe that's why he is so thin.'

Bully is a great alarm dog, and there's no doubt in any stranger's mind that the house is full of ravening wolves when they come to call. But among his people and his best friend and foster buddy, he is all lovebug.

We are waiting to give him his shots until his allergies are controlled and he's got some more meat on his bones. If you'd like to sponsor his vaccines or a (shhh!) 'bee-ay-ell-ell', you can click on his photo and let us know it's for the Bully with a heart of gold.
