Good things certainly do come in small packages and Beatrice is no exception! This adorable little Frenchie girl is currently fostering in Nebraska. She weighs a mere 14 pounds now and needs to put on a few pounds while in foster care. Bea came to FBRN from a breeder in Missouri. She has ringworm, ear infections, and an umbilical hernia. She's not potty trained and is underweight, but her foster mom already has a great plan in place to get this cute little girl healthy again! After she finishes her medications and puts on a few much needed pounds, she’ll have her hernia repaired at the same time she is spayed.
Bea's papers indicate that she is five years old, but she still acts like a puppy. She is such a love! She is crate trained and has done well overnight and while her foster family is not home. Her foster mom tells us that she sticks really close when they are home, almost to the point of becoming a tripping hazard! She's always seems to move at a trot, never a just a regular walk and she loves balls, squeaky toys, treats, and the blankie that another volunteer made for her.
