Anny Oakley is one of the TX13, and she's getting some special care with FBRN. Seems ol' Anny is in the early stages of renal failure. But let's don't tell her that, because right now she's having the time of her life, living it up with her foster family, hanging out with the human and furkids and telling anybody who puts a paw into her domain just how the cow ate the cabbage. But don't let her feistiness turn you off, with her people she's a sugar lumpkin and a precious sweet pea! She is loving having the run of the place and going out and coming in and going out and coming in. She's even taking to sitting on one of her canine foster sibs when she gets tired.
In addition to renal failure, Anny is a little thin, and her blood tests show she is anemic. She's taking vitamins and is getting some extra rations. Anny is an older girl, and we may need some time to find the perfect home for her, but we know we can do it. If you'd like to contribute to FBRN and send Anny a note, you can do that by clicking on her photo. |
