Amber is a 25 pound, brindle girl with the most stunning amber colored eyes, unlike any other that we've seen: hence her pretty name. She spent the first four years of her life living in the back yard of a home in Florida. No more outside living for this lady, she has taken up residence in a wonderful home with central air conditioning, a female Frenchie in house and an abundance of food, treats, beds and toys. Amber will venture outside for potty time or perhaps a sunny period of lounging near the pool, but she has quickly learned the luxuries of being treated specially and with love.
She has already had a wellness checkup with her veterinarian, and though exposed to the outdoors and mosquitoes, she miraculously has remained heartworm free. Amber was scheduled for her spay, and nares and palate surgery, but nature had a different idea. Her surgeries have been postponed until she completes her heat cycle and they can be performed safely. So for a few more weeks, Amber will continue playing, living large, taking walks and joining in on family activities.
Please consider sponsoring Amber while she prepares for her surgeries; your support will let her know how much you care.
