Sponsor a Foster Dog!

FBRN is being faced with an increasing number of dogs who are ill, handicapped, or need expensive veterinary care before being placed. The financial drain has been huge, with recent veterinary bills alone exceeding $15,000 per month. Adoption fees, our Rescue Shopping Mall, and CafePress sales are just not enough anymore.

We rely heavily on your contributions to keep caring for these dogs! Please look at these faces, click on the photo to read their stories and give as generously as you can to help us help them. You may choose to sponsor one dog, several dogs or, if you just can’t decide which adorable Frenchie to sponsor, you may make a gift to FBRN without specifying a particular dog and we’ll use it for the Frenchie who needs it most.

You can donate by clicking on the bone to the left. Please specify in the Paypal notes which frenchie you wish to sponsor. After you give, click on the Proud to be an FBRN Sponsor button and select your gift.

In the unlikely event that a dog’s donations exceed the cost of care, your gift will be used to help another needy French Bulldog. Each gift you give is sincerely appreciated and responsibly spent in caring for and preparing dogs for their new homes. Thank you!

Most people know from sad experience that when someone enters a hospice program, it means they are nearing the end of life. At FBRN, we are very fortunate to have generous, loving foster homes and donors who are willing to help Frenchies who are too ill to be adopted, but who are still enjoying a good quality of life. These hospice dogs will receive palliative care for their health conditions, but no extreme measures will be taken. They will live out their lives--as long or short a time as they may have--with FBRN volunteer families in the volunteers' homes, as beloved family members. If you would like to sponsor a hospice dog, please feel free to click on the dog's photo and make a PayPal payment. If you'd like to leave an encouraging message for your sponsoree, you can do that at the last step, by filling in the little box that asks you to leave a message. We'd love to hear from you!
