Look who is zooming her way back to the available page…the stunning Miss Coal! Coal is a sweet, affectionate high energy pup who wants nothing more than to be your one and only Princess.
At just a year old Coal is a happy, healthy girl who has energy for days. She is very playful, loves all humans and gets along well with children. Some Frenchie Princesses prefer to be the Queen of their own castle as is the case with Coal. She was adopted and surrendered back to FBRN when she was unable to get along with the resident dogs. Coal is a resource guarder and cannot be trusted around other animals so for that reason she must remain an only dog.
Did we mention she loves to play! Coal loves all types of toys and can entertain herself without being destructive. She is very athletic and loves to go for walks. She is house trained and will ask to go out, but will have accidents if made to wait. Coal would do well in any environment as long as she’s given proper time to exercise. A fenced yard is required. She can be left alone as long as she’s provided a midday break, or would be happy to accompany her human to the office where she could dazzle her coworkers with her beautiful smile and adorable wiggle butt.
Her perfect family would be one that lives an active lifestyle and would enjoy taking her on adventures and allowing her to expend all of that puppy energy.
Coal’s foster mom had this to say, “Coal is an angel and needs the perfect home all to herself where she can be the main focus. She has enough love to fill a home 1 million times over, so you won’t be disappointed that she is your only Frenchie because your heart will be full”.
If you are looking for a playful energetic girl to share your adventures with then fill out an application and start planning a trip to Texas! Coal is too big to fly but she does very well in the car and enjoys being along for the ride.
FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo, so adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family. FBRN dogs are in foster care in people’s private homes. For the foster families’ safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don’t set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.
Coal is housebroken, but has occasional accidents in the house. She has a history of urinary tract infections that must be monitored for recurrence.
Coal had a dental with extractions, spay, and cleft lip reconstruction on 09.27.2019. On 10.22.2019, Coal had a second lip repair procedure performed. Coal is a severe resource guarder with respect to food and toys so must never be around small children. She must be monitored during feeding and when toys are present. Coal must remain an only dog.
